• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
  • Call/text The Salon to let us know that you have arrived.
  • We ask that you remain in your car until we are ready for you to keep the amount people in The Salon limited.
  • You are required to wear a mask during the entire duration of your visit.
  • At this time we are only allowing guest with appointments in The Salon.  Any special circumstances, please contact us ahead of time to make proper accommodations.
  • Upon entry, you will receive a temperature check and we’ll ask you to wash/sanitize your hands.
  • Beverage and magazine services will not be provided.
  • Your stylist will be disinfecting their tools and stations before, during and after every service.
  • During your shampoo, we ask that you please keep your mask on.  Every stylist will be wearing a mask and shield during the shampoo process.
  • If getting a chemical service, please make sure you bring an extra mask in case of color staining.
  • To avoid waiting and handling of retail, your stylist will assist you with pre-booking, retail and checkout options during your service.
  • At the end of your service, your stylist will guide you to the front desk where your retail will already be sanitized and bagged, future appointments will be set and service will be completed.
